Celebrations will include a champagne and art reception featuring original watercolors donated by members of the Utah Watercolor Society followed by lunch. Dr. Douglas Goldsmith will share his insights on "Children's Lives Across the Past 50 Years."
Special guest speakers Keri and Richard Paul Evans, author of Michael Vey.
Menu will include:
- Soft herbed breadsticks and semmel rolls
- Spring salad with feta, red onion, grapefruit segments, caramelized walnuts with champagne vinaigrette.
- Shrimp Portofino pasta: shrimp sauteed with fresh spinach, mushrooms, garlic, white wine, and pine nuts served over capellini pasta and topped with a light lemon butter sauce.
- Mini ameretto cookies, lemon shortbread cookies, and chocolate dipped macaroons.
- Vegetarian option available upon request (specify in advance during registration)

One Utah Center Parking
The One Utah Center parking structure is between Main Street and State Street on 200 South. You must be traveling east on 200 South past Main Street. Enter underground parking structure marked One Utah Center. Traveling down into the parking structure, turn right and a take ticket. Proceed to the 4-way stop, turn left, and following the signs that say GALLIVAN HALL. Take the Gallivan Hall elevator to Level 1, and proceed to check-in.
