Our Mission

We provide comprehensive mental health care to enhance the emotional well being of infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families.

Each year over 1800 families come to The Children’s Center seeking help for problems that feel insurmountable. We know that for parents or caregivers hearing that they need professional mental health services creates tremendous stress and anxiety. Some parents worry that their poor parenting skills are the source of their child’s problem. Others worry that the child has a serious psychiatric disorder that will be diagnosed. However, when families come to The Children’s Center they discover a professional team possessing unparalleled training, compassion, and understanding; a professional team that knows how to help; and an array of mental health services with proven success.
