The Children’s Center Utah’s Infant-Toddler Court Program reforms child welfare practices and builds systems that better support the early development, health, and well-being of infants, toddlers, and families. This program utilizes the core components of the Safe Babies framework and evidence-based models of service delivery for infants, toddlers, and their families.
